meh, Vista is more stable than XP in most ways, and it damn sure runs games better. I am a bit biased though, i have written training manuals on it.

Don't get rid of your Win2K disks, it can be installed without a serial number or CD key. XP/2003/Vista can't.

Actually it can, but it's a ROYAL PAIN IN THE ASS to do it, and triples your base install time.
Are you talking about making an image using the modified SETUPP.INI file? Come to think of it, I've only tried that with a Corp edition and it didn't work, perhaps with a retail version needing Activation, it might. I don't know, I've never needed to activate Windows.
