FedX bites it ?
From my own personal dealings with them and conversations with others, I'm getting anecdotal evidence that FedX is cheating both their Corporate and Individual clients. It may be a good I deal to avoid ordering from companies that require you to use FederalXpress. . Even the nasty old USPS has a better reputation.

How exactly? Not delivering at the stated time, for the stated rate, or having issues with insurance payouts?

Re: FedX bites it ?
My several experiences: smashed my recycle can (provided by trash company) no recompense, I had to eat $80 replacement can, packages of meds left in the pouring rain , no protection, smashed a $550 Husquvarna 40V mower ordered from Lowes(they accepted the return; new one delivered to the store, also busted, Husquvarna supplied parts UPS, arrived fine), burst package from AR supplier, contents strewn on driveway but recovered OK, SCREW FEDEXcrement! Their customer Service apologizes but ya can wipe yr AZZ on what that's worth. And that's just THIS YEAR grrrrr
I'm not old--It's too early to be this late.
