This is a Large PDF link. It is the entire 88 page catalog.

If any one can teach me how to clip it, I will do that in the future.

Article begins on Page 10

You could buy the PDF editor from Adobe.

Or....

Download a free PDF printer (I use doPDF http://www.dopdf.com/ but there are others ). Installs and operates like a printer on windoze systems. Not sure whats out there for Linux or I-Stuff.

Print the document, set the print range (pages 10-11 here) and it will generate a PDF with just the selected pages.

Use it all the time to extract often used sections of equipment manuals for my amateur radio gear. Used it extensively when I was working.

Oh, and nice article.

We do need to distinguish criticizing folks based on their chosen activities as opposed to actions of certain members of the community that "aren't helpful". Of course some folks need to understanding the difference between a criticism, and the expression of reasons you don't agree with them.

In the example from your letter, I chose not to open carry based on tactical considerations (including keeping a low profile). I am firmly in favor of open carry being legal to avoid issues if my weapon should become exposed due to a clothing issue etc.

I have no problem with others carrying openly, so long as they are not doing so only to cause an issue and get in the faces of others (such as has happened with certain OC advocates in CA and TX that I am familiar with that caused issues with beneficial legislation in TX and ended up screwing everyone in CA.).

I found the person you quoted stating that only Life members of the NRA have standing to comment on firearms issues rather humorous, given the number of gun owners I know that consider the NRA a bunch of squishy sell-outs. I personally know many gunnies that are not members for a variety of reasons including financial, they don't join anything, and not wanting to highlight themselves when "they come for the guns". They could talk most folks into the ground with their knowledge of various areas of firearms operation and history.

Said capability has been built into MacOs for a couple decades or so.
