Congratulations.
One cat, maybe. If you have the time to train a dog properly as a puppy, though, a dog is better. (CINCHOME did a 4.0 job with Bailey, the Best Dog Ever.)

Congrats! Without sidewalks, you’re way ahead on location compared to the albatross in Dayton OH I managed to unload last year.
