congrats on making the flight to freedom.
Shop realtors before you shop houses. I always have and have been VERY direct about it. Here is my list of wants. Here is my list of deal breakers. He or she who disregards the deal breakers goes away. That usually snaps them in line.
With some exceptions, realtors are the laziest legal "profession" and that is why the hard working, good ones make bank.

Well it's official!
We began showing our current home last Sunday and accepted an offer on Wednesday. Today we agreed on a price for our new home in PA. Pennsylvania here we come!
