Body runs just fine in ketosis, including the brain. Now there is a bit of a fog while you’re swapping energy systems and haven’t burned off all the glycogen and started burning ketone bodies yet, but that goes away. Did you mean improve mental ability?

Well I live in an efficiency apt and I'm short storage space. I don't use a salad chopper gadget, the ones I could afford have pieces on plastic in them that are prone to break , in stead I use a chef's knife that I've had forever.
I'm losing inches off my waist which means to me I'll put less pressure on my knees and ankles.
Right know I'm using my cheap toaster/convention oven, ceramic plates and aluminum foil to convection roast boneless chicken thighs after a salt soak. I've also roasted hamburger patties.
