I won't even bother mentioning the weather and temps here in this socialist hellhole. 8-)

Tom, I am pretty sure I stored stuff in your facility when I was going to school up there.

Naw about 50 years ago we decided ( present company excluded , to join the dam Americans), and they added all sorts of bull shit rules, hunting seasons and the like. :D
